We've got a greet menu that does very well at fairs and festivals, we've got experience at street fairs, big and small festivals, Carnivals, State Fairs, and Renaissance Faires..  We can even customize our menu for your event.   

Have a back yard party, wedding, corporate get together, bike night or other get together and need some delicious BBQ?  We've taken on events from anywhere from 20 people to 10k people and can gladly cater to your event. 

We love Ren Fairs!   Our aesthetic works well at your faire, and our foods even better!

We've got the Sloppy Cup, We've do turkey legs, and we can even do the Beef on a Stick! its a 2lb beef rib. It's been a massive hit at the Ren Faires we;ve brought it to.   Our BBQ is competition quality,(award winning) true smoked and fresh right out of the smoker.  Reach out for a list of faires we've done and if you've got special requests.
